After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the services for an extended period

Billing errors or duplicate charges

5.3 Processing of Refunds

5.4 Pro-rated Refunds
